🙂 Hey there ladies, I just wanted to post an update on my weight loss/health program- as of this month I have made it to the first ten pounds! Im really proud of myself for this mini goal and only have now 75 pounds to go over the next year. I hope with this kind of progress it wont take forever and ever. So how is everyone else doing with their weight loss goals? Any success stories or milestones?

Congratulations! I made it to at least 5lbs, I think. I never know. I hate scales. hah but my clothes have been fitting somewhat better. Keep at it!

Congratulations!!!! I just got back home from the gym. I haven’t lost any weight but I can see that my body is toning up and turning to muscle so I’m not too stressed. I would like to lose 20lbs before the wedding though and just tone up.

well for those curious this is what I have been doing at the gym basically
push ups- 80
crunches- 70 (frogs- 40)
plank- hold and release until
squats- 80 chair squats
80 paroquet squats
Tricep dips- 40
I also do cardio (eliptical and walking) Im trying to do a more “lifting your own body weight” rather than free weights thing- so far, so good
Today my gym closes at 1pm (:() so Im working out at home by doing Jillian Michaels yoga and all of the above 🙂

woo! That’s awesome! Not to be a wet blanket, but weight loss can slow after the first month, so don’t be surprised if you lose less next month. Nonetheless, you’re clearly on the right path and doing it right!! You should be super proud.
