@mrs FTB:  I had this EXACT same dilemma… down to a T!!  I tried on a size 8 and LOVED it.  They measured me a size 10 in the bust and waist, but a 4 in the hips (weird, right?).  After talking it over with the consultant, she suggested an 8 because that’s the one I fell in love with… it may be snug, but there will be less to alter altogether.

I also went with the ivory because that’s the one I tried on in the store.  I was hesitant about other ivory dresses that I had tried on because they all seemed a bit yellow.  But I loved this one because it had no yellowish tint and it looked very elegant.  The white was beautiful too, but that’s where it all comes down to what suits you the best!

I didn’t order Dabra, I ordered Dillon, but I chose Ivory. The white was just so blindingly white, I couldn’t handle it!

Same brand, but I chose Dalby. I also ordered the ivory – you’re not kidding about that white! (My Future Mother-In-Law is upset – apparently ivory isn’t virginal.)

@mhiltbrand: I had the same issue – I measured an 18 in the bust, and a 10 in the hips. We ordered the 16.

@mrs FTB:  I’d love to see pics!! (It’s me, mhiltbrand…but I joined today and decided to make my username a little less like my actual name).  I just put a few pics up of my own!

@red_pepper_gal:

hello,

Could you help me to decide  which dress colour is better white, ivory or champagne?
