Im going to keep a daily food log on here to see what I am eating and hopefully fix it and lose weight. My sisters wedding is in 16 days. I hope I can fit into my Bridesmaid or Best Man dress but I havent gotten it yet in the mail. I have gained 12 lbs since I ordered it and I am bloated. I know all about healthy eating…but that doesnt mean I am going to do it. I know how many calories I should consume each day to lose weight quickly. Doesnt mean I am going to do it. So dont yell at me if you are reading this and I dont eat what I should daily. Anyone else can join this thread too.

half a blueberry bagel (169 cal), Applebees honey bbq boneless wings (6)(625 cal), Applebees fried green beans (8)(460 cal), Protein shake (100cal), jambalaya, (510 cal), one chocolate chip cookie (156cal) = 1,930 cal – 30 min gym time (340 cal burned) = 1590
