Let begin by saying that I’ve always despised yogurt.  I don’t know if it was the taste of it or texture.  I am also a Weight Watchers girl.  I’ve heardabout adding yogurt to my diet, and I did reluctantly.  After trying a different brands, the Yoplay light fat free-Harvet Peach…yum!  Also, Vons has an "eat Right" brand.  Their yogurts aren’t too bad, a little tart for me.  I add granola when I have it to keep it down.  But I have to say that I recently found my favorite that I absolutely love, Fiber One. They make cereals and pop tarts (OMG).  Everything they make is so delicious, that it almost doesn’t seem healthy to eat, BUT IT IS!!

I second fizicsgirl – most yogurts have ALOT of of sugar. I used to eat it everyday too and thought i was being good to my body…i didnt realize how much sugar was in each serving! be careful with that. if you like the taste of greek yogurt, its a good alternative.

as far as weight loss, i think all dairy products have some sort of enzyme or culture that makes you feel fuller…possibly one of the reasons babies and kids like to have a tummy full of warm milk (i think).
