I am assuming you are also working out? I would suggest Paleo, which is what I am doing & have seen wonderful results. It’s no grains, no dairy, nothing processed, no legumes, and most importantly no sugars. All of those things together will make your body hum. I probably lost about 10lbs in a month doing that 🙂 good luck!!

When my doctor wanted to talk to me about my weight, he asked about my dairy habits. I didn’t really think about it but I had my vitamin D milk in my cereal, one to two yogurts a day, and cheese here and there, and of course ice cream. I decided to cut back to see what happened. I usually only have a little milk with my cereal now, just enough to make it wet, if i have yogurt it’s light greek (love the yoplait 100 cal ones), ice cream has been taken off the menu completely and i rarely eat cheese now. I guess it’s just about making better dairy choices. Just look at what you are eating dairy wise and see if you can make a better choice.
