If I lived in DFW area I would absolutely go to The True Gem! Heard nothing but amazing things and their pieces are gorgeous. I’m about 8 hours away so I never went and looked but I’d love to!

ETA: Skipped over the diamond detail. They deal mostly with moissanite but not always. Not sure if they can source a center stone for you, but they can definitely set one. Regardless, beautiful stuff!

Anschar Diamonds!! He’s off of Preston Rd in the Dallas Bank Building. Theo is amazing to work with and he custom designed my engagement ring and wedding band. He works in a variety of price ranges and specializes in custom work but also has some “off the rack” stock items as well.

Not in Dallas, but my jeweler has a branch in Dallas. called Ascot Diamonds. Purchased my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands there and they are so incredibly amazing. I’ve purchased from 2 of their locations on the east coast and both are awesome in their own ways. We shopped around for over a year before we selected a jeweler but once we went there, we bought a ring within a week.

I went to Robbins Brothers, because they just so happened to have a collection from the designer I was interested in, and they were down the street from me. They didn’t end up having my specific setting, but they were able to order it more easily than I was, so they got my business. I will say that I have always had great experiences with them.

I know it might be a bit of a hike (Texas is so big!) But I would only go to Whiteflash. They have some of the world’s most beautiful superideal diamonds. They’re online too.

I live in Dallas, I will say the best place I have been to in the area is Diamond Direct (previously Diamond Doctor) they have amazing customer service and a fantastic selection in varying price ranges another great place is Yater Jewelers. I’ve done personal business with both establishments and that is why I would recommend them. Diamonds direct can be a bit intimidating but the staff there is amazing

I second Whiteflash! Their brick and mortar is in Houston but you can do it all online with them as well! Their customer service is excellent!

Bachendorfs! My Darling Husband had my engagement ring custom made and had a great experience. We went back and got both our bands and had a wonderful experience.

Bookout Antiques, at Canton, hands down. Dee is fantastic and specializes in antique and estate rings that are unique and spectacular. I’ve done business with her for years (and consider her a personal friend, at this point) and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. It’s well, well worth the drive. Her shop is in the convention center on the trade grounds during First Monday.
