- Wedding: October 2012
My FH and I have been learning to shag dance for the past year, we’ve had a lot of fun learning and grown in our relationship becasue of it. We were talking last night about dancing at the wedding and my FH assumes that we will dance with other people. I don’t think he meant slow dancing and shag is in no way very sexual but I still struggle with the idea of ‘sharing’ him on that day. Am I jealous? wrong? selfish? I don’t want to lay down rules but hate the idea of hearing a song I want to dance to, looking around and seeing that he’s already asked someone else (or she’s asked him).
Is there etiquette for this? is it normal for bride and groom to dance with others?
Feedback, advice, thoughts please?
