Bees I’ve gone through today getting sneezier and weepy eyed. I now realise I have what I’d like to avoid. A cold.
I’m going to hit the gym hard over the next 2 weeks in my last ditched attempt to tone up etc, which will hopefully help me sweat this thing out.
Can anyone give me some good advice to try and see this thing out asap?

@Soon2BeeMrsG: Garlic in all your food to boost your immune system. Heaps of vitamin C. Colidal silver… Make a steam with eucyluptus oil and hot water and breathe in the steam… That should help… Best of luck!

Loads of hot tea, gargle salt water, and go to the doctor and see if they can give you something. I’ve got… something, maybe a cold right now and I’m going to the doctor. They may tell me it’s nothing and only time will help, or they may have something. Even if it’s a cold they may have something better than over-the-counter to minimize the symptoms.

colds definitely don’t last 18 days. you’ll be fine. just get some rest and drink lots of fluids
