Hey Bees!! I need help!!!
My Fiance and I have recently changed our wedding date from March 17th to either October 12th or November 16th. We had planned on green and purple as our colors (green primary, dark purple as accent). Our venue and time remains the same. So with that being said, do we have to change our colors? I’d still love to have the green as a pop of color and I am still in love with green/purple combo. Maybe switch the colors and do purple as the main and green as the accent? We were going to do magnolias on our cake (my Future Mother-In-Law is making the flowers) so we’ll probably stick with that. Suggestions or advice on my small dilemma???

your colors will still be fine. 🙂

I think, as long as you stick with jewel tones (which it sounds like you are), you will be fine.

Thanks ladies! Think it would be better to do purple as primary and green as an accent? Or leave it the way it is? I don’t know why I stress over these small things!

I believe you are over thinking this…
Honestly, I have no idea why you’d consider changing the colours… theme I might understand in some instances* … but not colours.
I assume you picked these colours because you LOVE them. So go with them.
* CURIOUS… Did you choose Green & Purple BECAUSE your date is March 17th, and St Patricks Day ?

@This Time Round: I agree that i’m overthinking it but it’s just how i am! And yes 🙂 I chose them because of st. patricks day! I happen to love the color combo though so it worked out perfectly!!
