our dating anniversary just passed and neither of us said anything, i didn’t realize it even happened until reading this post!
we met on leap year, exactly one year later (but not the day b/c obviously it wasn’t leap year again) he proposed, and exactly one year later after that we got married. so i guess we’ll just celebrate all of those things on one night. we didn’t start dating until about a month after we met, and that’s around my birthday, so that would just be a lot of celebrating and we’re not into it.

We decided to not “celebrate” our dating anniversary, but we’ll always make a note to do something. Like our favorite take-out or walk and get an ice cream cone :)Mostly, we just use it as a reason to eat poorly.

We will always continue our dating anniversary! The tradition is just going out to an Italian restaurant — typically Carraba’s 🙂 It’s the day we met so it will be fun 35 years after the fact to go out and say we met 35 years ago…..

We are not married yet either! But we don’t even know the date that we first meet or starting dating so we can’t do a dating anniversary~

ha. But we don’t really ‘celebrate’ our wedding anniversary either. Every January I do make note to hubby on the anniversary of the day we met and our first date (yeah for google calendar) – but it’s just a comment – not a celebration.
Granted we also only ‘celebrated’ 1 dating anniversary before our wedding 3 months later – so it’s not like we had a long standing tradition to continue.

Not married yet, but we will. Our wedding date is a few days away from our dating anniversary. We won’t exactly celebrate the two days separately…they’ll most likely become one. If that makes sense. Our first wedding anniversary will be our 10 year dating anniversary – we are not starting over at 1 after all that time! LOL

We have been celebrating our dating anniversary before the wedding — but don’t plan to continue after we’re married. I don’t think it’s strange though! If you like having extra special days on the calendar, then I think that’s cool!

ours is also our engagement anniversary…so it doesn’t have to be anything big, but I want to still remember it!

I’m not married yet, but FH and I are getting married the same day we started dating. =) So technically, yes.
