sivette30 :  Haha sure, I’ll share a pic! 🙂 I don’t have any good pictures of the dress, unfortunately… just crappy phone pics from when I tried it on. But here you go! (It’s slightly more pink than it looks in the picture. It’s classified as “blush”, but I describe it as if blush and champagne had a baby lol Though it looks more champagne in the DB lighting!)

sivette30 :  I got my dress from DB, I think it was like $600 and the quality was nice. Mine was a short lace dressso I’m not sure what the more formal dresses are like in terms of quality.

I got my dress from David’s bridal for $700. It was more than I had anticipated spending but it was well worth it as far as quality and fit. I couldn’t justify spending thousands for a dress I could only wear once. I also didn’t spend much on alterations (approximately $120). They have sales throughout the year if you are in no rush.

I absolutely love mine and had a great experience there. This was just last weekend when I bought it so it’s not fitted yet and they are adding straps on for me ☺️. It feels like it’s great quality and the price was great as well!

This is the front! Not sure why it wouldn’t post both at once.

Mine is newly ordered, so the only pictures I have are from the slightly too small (or way too large) samples! I was impressed by the quality and details of this dress and thought it was a great deal for the style. I was slightly hesitant as it doesnt have many reviews online (it seems to be new for this fall!).

sivette30 :  Thank you! I was really excited that they had a variety of straps to try out because I knew I wouldnt be as comfortable going strapless (we have 4 kids and the youngest will be 3 so who knows what could happen without them lol).

If it’s like 300, sure I would consider. But if it’s like 1500 I wouldn’t buy from DB. You would be better off recreating the dress at a private local seamstress using materials you personally choose.

You no I intiatially didn’t like David’s bridal looking at pictures online got a dress else where went to look at bridesmaid dresses and they had some very pretty options so one thing I have learned you can’t judge a dress by a picture and two always check back because they had a bunch of new stuff I actually liked, if I had to get a second dress I would go there. Never underestimate what you can find on Etsy to add to a dress or if you take it to a seamstress they can always give you ideas.

My dress is DB and all of my bridesmaids dresses are as well. I think the quality is great and the girls all love their dresses too. All are super comfortable and seem very well made! I would recommend Davids for sure.

I think David’s bridal has decent dresses that are reasonably priced. I didn’t end up going with one of their dresses myself though because I felt like the ones that worked for my body were kind of cookie cutter dime a dozen dresses.
