This is a beautiful David Tutera for Mon Cheri gown that I bought at a sample shop after being torn between two dresses – I’m only selling because I ended up choosing to buy the other gown I was considering! I bought it for $1,450 a few months ago and am asking $900.
This is a strapless wedding dresses with allover embroidered lace and hand-beaded appliqué, tulle and organza with a sweetheart strapless neckline. The bodice is covered in lace and beaded embroidery with Swarovski crystals. This has a dropped waistline with a zippered back, though there are nonfunctional, covered buttons along the zipper line for detail. The dress is floor length with a thin scalloped hemline and chapel length train. It also comes with detachable spaghetti and halter straps.
This fits like a glove and gives a lovely shape. It has no tears, stains, or other blemishes (sample – store only). The beading/lace around the neckline will need to be pressed, but is a really lovely detail. The dress hasn’t been worn or altered and has simply been hanging in my closet for a few months. I’ve included a few shots of the dress on a mannequin because my lighting didn’t do the dress or shape justice. (Full length selfies are hard!) The dress also has an internal corset that really locks you in, so a bra wouldn’t have been necessary for me.
Dress Length: I’m 5’6 and was planning on wearing this with either flats or a 1-2″ heel, but this could easily accomodate up to a 4″ heel and still be an appropriate length.
Original tags still attached.
I’m in Chicago and would love to sell it locally, if possible, but happy to ship anywhere in the US. Please feel free to ask questions. I’m somewhat flexible on price, so please reach out!
