No!!  This is too funny, though…and I would NOT have agreed to ring it…

I don’t think our local store does that. I didn’t get my dress there but when my friend did, I don’t remember that happening.

My DB store had a pillow that the bell sat on, and she said the pillow was filled with scraps of other brides’ dresses from the alterations department, and therefore filled with well-wishes of other brides. At least I think thats what she was saying 🙂 I was at the end of my rope by that point in the day!

I didn’t have to. I wouldn’t have done it either.

LOL about the story! I would probably have said I’m not buying the dress if I have to ring a bell! 😉

I totally would’ve told them straight up no.  I turn bright red too easily.

Oh my gosh. I didn’t get my dress at DB, but I found one I THOUGHT i was going to get, and thank god they didn’t make me ring a bell. I would have been so, so embarrassed.

Hahaha..I rang the bell..because there was literally no one else besides me trying on dresses in the whole store.  She gave me a choice if I wanted to or not..so I did anyways.  She didn’t say anything about making a wish though..lol.

They did…I loved it!  It was so exciting!  But then I’m an extrovert for sure 😀

They asked me if I wanted to…I was a little embarrased but thankfully, it wasn’t very busy. And the consultant didn’t make a big deal about it.

nope.

(but when I saw this title, I thought there might be a bell that you could ring so that your consultant would come back to you instead of leaving you standing there with a dress you don’t like for 15 minutes… now THAT would have been nice…)
