How rude.  Is there another store around that can help if this one won’t?  Maybe the gal was having a bad day and if you go down there and speak to someone else, maybe a manager they’ll help.  Did you mention the reason was beause you’re pregnant?  They might be more understanding, then if you gave them the wrong measurments or something.  Maybe your sister can go with you too.  She might pull more weight.

Also, I think it’s good that you’re the Maid/Matron of Honor.  That way, if worse comes to worse.  It probably would be OK for you to get another dress.  ou could go to a real bridal boutique and just try to match the fabric and color.

I know that I signed off on a final sale receipt when purchasing my dress and accessories.  However, I did exchange my veil there.  I also discussed exchanging my wedding dress for another one that I had liked better.  So, I don’t think it should be too much of a problem.  Just be a little assertive.  Good luck!
