khurm :   Depending what you are looking for, eshakti.com offers size customization for 10$/item. I didn’t order anything to do with my wedding there, but I’ve been really happy with them for other dresses!

Yikes! Not worth the risk to me. I’ll just go elsewhere…

I agree with other Bees that this is sad for brides who cannot afford designer dresses. There prom and bridesmaid dresses are also great choices. I’m hoping they are fixing any kinks and can restructure properly.

sarathemermaid :  For what it’s worth, I ordered bridesmaid dresses from them after the announcement and I will be receiving them this weekend. So I don’t think this an Alfred Angelo situation yet.

I was nervous about my BMs ordering their dresses, but we decided to take the chance. My SIL ordered her’s last Friday and it was delivered yesterday!

mrsbarack :  It’s easier to offer dress at a fraction of the cost when you are stealing the design and the pictures, and substituting lesser quality fabrics.

julies1949 :  That’s a bit snobbish. Most of the more inexpensive dresses at DB are not made with high quality materials either…and are still 500+ dollars, whereas the ones on CocoMelody are 199-500ish. Plus many a bride has praised the high quality of dress they received from both JJsHouse and CocoMelody. No denying they rip-off more expensive designers, but from my research, they are hardly low quality.
