I have to say I was a bit horrified what David’s Bridal online was going to say when I requested to return an item because they say you must return within 14 days of the order, and I am more than 2 months since I ordered the item.
The person I got on the phone immediately issued a number to have it returned when I explained that it was too big. I think he did this because the dress is still in stock online. I was so worried he was going to say no. I always hear horror storries, but he straight issued a return. I couldn’t believe it.
I figured I would share if others are worried about dealing with David’s Bridal from horror storries. Good luck!

I think I called the number listed on the order slip, which I am sure is the number on the website.

What is crappy about the David’s Bridal return policy is that they make you pay the returned shipping. When I ordered shoes they sent me two mismatching shoes (two completely different shoes in the same box) which was 100% their mistake and still I had to pay return shipping.
But still, glad you had a good experience with them. I hate several bad experiences myself :/

i love them! its not the company…its the ppl who work there who give them a bad name. lets just say i rushed into not one but TWO dresses i purchased..all w/in a cpl months. like the first one was just not me and the 2nd one i thought could work. shoulda stuck with my real 1st choice…. anyways,they even special ordered my color(all white) and size… and still let me return it and purchase my THIRD and FINAL dress! i love them( tempe,az one)!
