I did my first 30 day shred workout last night! I am sore!!!! My legs hurt so bad! 🙂 And I realized that I can’t do a push up. Which I don’t really understand considering I have a son that is almost 30 pounds and I can pick him up and everything just fine! Thought I might have some more muscle than that!!! But I think I’m only going to do the 30 day shred video every other day and do my hip hop dance video on the in between days. I’ll let ya know how it goes!

Did you make it all the way through? if you did, then you’re better than i was the first day! I was really sore the next day too.
