Diets suck and I hate being hungry that’s what’s stopping me from doing one but I got to get on the game soon! Good for u!! You can do it!!

@cls9q:  Your starving because you didn’t give your body time to adjust to dieting. You spent 45 minutes in the gym and from what it sounds like, drastically cut your calorie intake. You are going to be miserable unless you start slow.

1250 calories is pretty extreme (unless you are really small or something).

Well, I have found that the way to lose weight is to eat less than I would like and move more than I want to.  Sucks, but its the truth.

It’s likely that your body could go into starvation mode and retain as many calories as possible to store as needed energy. A lot of people who do drastic calorie cuts don’t see the weight loss they expect and this is why. I would recommend a gradual decrease in calories instead. Unless you are extremely pettie, 1200 calories is too little, even with some popcorn thrown in.

Weight watchers – so you can still eat whatever you want but just balance it out and plan for it.

Drink more water!!  Sometimes what our bodies think is hunger is actually dehydration.

@cls9q:  If you like veggies and fruit, Walden Farms will be your best friend. They are condiment products developed for diabetics, and they are calorie free. I use their dressings all the time, and I’ve tried their fruit dip. Its not Kraft or Newmans own, but its pretty darn good.
