Quick question: for the Bees who did not/are not hiring a day of coordinator, who did you put in charge of the day? Was it one person for a collection of people in charge of certain items/certain vendors? How did you organize the day?

@yellowballoon: Our only vendors for the day will be decorating, catering, photography and DJ (FI will pick up the flowers, so no one needs to manage the florist).
Some one from our venue will manage the decorator and caterer (or at least their set up). They will have my Maid/Matron of Honor, Fiance and my cell number (I won’t be the one who answers it though) in case of any issues. My photographer will be with me all day, so I’ll manage her.
Mostly I’m pretty satisfied that the vendors I’ve choosen don’t need managing at all, and I will ensure that they all have the information they need in advance as well as each other’s contact numbers.
