I’m sorry you lost your wedding coordinator (hugs).  I also don’t know anyone who is so inexpensive, do you mean you’re looking for a DOC.

If I can give you any words of advice it’s: you get what you pay for. I’m not saying you need to go out and spend 15,000 on a coordinator however consider the market that you’re in and the average going rate, 300 is just too low hun.  There are always budding bee’s here that are looking to break into the business and are perhaps doing a free wedding or two–try posting again or searching under the classified section.
