Hi! If you need just a few hours of assistance try Wish Special Events, they offer by the hour consulting. I’m on a very small budget too, but was getting overwhelmed by a few things, and really wanted to som "pro" advice. My fiance and I met with Laura from Wish for an hour and it was worth the cost!! 100%! She helped us figure out some logistical things, and recommended a few vendors and gave us some ideas for settingly the guest among other things. It really put my mind at ease.

Also for a day of coordinator, what about asking a trusted friend of a friend? When my SIL got married, she asked me if one of my friends could assist with some day of coordiantion items (some set up, break-down, making sure presents got home, getting the vendor tips distributed etc.). I had one of my very professional and organized friends and her Boyfriend or Best Friend come to the wedding and help out. It was perfect and she thanked them with a nice gift card to their favorite wine bar.  I will probably be asking SIL to recommend one of HER friends for the same at our wedding since a day of coordinator isn’t really in our budget, but I KNOW I’ll need some set-up/break-down help, etc.
