We made sure we paid everything off beforehand. The only check handed out on the day of was to the officiant, and was entrusted to the best man to see that it was done.

As for set up, I boxed all of our stuff up based on what it was, and wrote elaborate directions for where each box went and how it was set up. That way, our friends who helped set up knew exactly what to do and didn’t have to waste time trying to figure out how it should go. See Mrs. Blueberry’s post on this as I got the idea from her.

I used Paige Chenault (Paige Chenault Events: http://www.paigechenaultevents.com/ ) to help me with everything, but I think she may do just day-of too…I’m not positive, and I don’t know what her price would be for day-of   (sorry, I’m not being very helpful….) but I had a wonderful experience with her.
