8:00 AM – Girls arrive at church to get hair done, after that make-up

–         Breakfast and snacks will be at the church

10-10:30AM – Photographer arrives

11 AM – Guys meet at ___________ to drop off cars

11:30 AM – Guys get to the church to start getting ready

11:30-1:30PM  – Start taking some “formal pictures” of the bridal party


 3PM – Finish formal photos in the church

3:30 PM – Load the Limo bus and go to _______________

3:30-5:30 PM – Take pictures in the park/Drive around and have fun!

 6:00 PM – Get to the reception hall

Oh I know tell me about it! I get married on Saturday, and I’m still planning on playing some stuff by ear. I think the more laid back you are, the better/smoother your day will go. At least that’s what I keep telling myself

@duma0026: I think you need to get some aprox times before you can make an accurate timeline.. for instance.. if you are getting married in the catholic church.. will you have a full mass? This ceremony time would be much different from if you are having your ceremony in a hotel very quickly.

Here are some things you need to find out:

How long will it take to do hair and make up?

How far are you from the ceremony location?

How long will the ceremony be?

Are ceremony and reception in same location?

How long from ceremony to reception locations (if not in same place)?

My times don’t match up with yours put ill show you mine anyways.. I am sure some things you would like to not include but it might give you an idea of things that need to be done and taken into account :0) Hope it helps!
