here’s mine so far! I haven’t gotten it cleared with the photog yet, but it’s basically what i’m thinking with my own random notes thrown in for myself… i’d love input!

0700 – Wake up and have breakfast at home

0800 – Go to the hair salon, Bride and MOB get hair done first

0900 – Bridal party begins to arrive at hair salon to get their hair done; Bride does makeup while bridesmaids get their hair done

1030 – Leave hair salon and go to church

1045 – Bridal party eats lunch – pinwheel tray, crackers and hummus, grapes

1100 – Florist & Photographers arrive and get debriefed by church coordinator

          – Groom & groomsmen arrive at church to get ready

1115 – Photographer shoots details, dresses, rings, getting ready shots and ceremony décor

1115 – Bridesmaids and MOB get dressed

1130 – Bride gets dressed

1200 – Bride and Groom’s “first look” in corridor // Florist to reception site

1215 – Bride and Groom portraits

1230 – Wedding party pictures (4 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen) // Vanity Fair style group shots

1300 – Extended family arrives // Family pictures*

(candids/requests, meepaw & abuelita, ring bearers, flowergirl)

1400 – Done with pictures // Clean up bridal rooms (leave reception dress, curling iron and makeup bag in bathroom/hiding) // Get any other ceremony shots + details (both hands holding ring bowls)

1430 – Go into hiding // final touchups!

1500 – Ceremony

1545 – Return to Bride’s Room to sign marriage license // get copy made & store in overnight bag

1600 – Change into reception dress, makeup & hair touchup

1615 – Leave church for pictures / wedding reception

1630 – B&G continue to Midtown to take pictures, bridal party to cocktail hour

1700 – B&G entrance

1705 – Buffet opens // Bride & Groom’s plates premade, family begins first

       – Once everyone goes through line, toasts?

1800 – Cake cutting // Switch to after-dinner playlist

1810 – First Dance // Father/Daughter Dance

1820 – Dance floor opens up

~2300 – Depart

Here’s mine… I originally wrote it from the photography angle, but I’ve added stuff.

11 am – girls getting ready
12 pm – guys 
12:30 pm – first look
1:30-3 pm – wedding ceremony
3-4 pm – more pictures at ceremony site
4-6 pm – driving around in a limo and going to cool places and taking pix with the WP!
6 pm dinner
7-8 pm pictures of reception (dances, tables, etc.)

9:30 am – girls get together, eat breakfast, start getting ready

11 am – photographer arrives, takes pictures of girls getting ready

12 pm – pictures of guys (at church)

12:30 pm – first look, Wedding Party eats some food

1:30-3 pm – wedding ceremony

3-4 pm – more pictures at ceremony site

4-6 pm – driving around in a limo and going to cool places and taking pix with the WP!

(5 pm – guests arrive for cocktail hour)

6 pm – guests seated in hall

6:15 pm – Wedding Party arrives

6:20 pm – dinner, toasts

7 pm dessert, special dances

7:45 pm open dancing

(8 pm  photographer leaves)

11 pm bar closes

11:30 or 12 am last dance

11:30 AM Matron of Honor, Mother of Bride, and Hotties arrive

12:00 PM Hair and make-up team arrives; Begin set-up

1:00 PM Lunch for the ladies; Florist delivery

1:45 PM Groom and shooting party arrive back from shooting

2:15 PM Photographer arrives

2:35 PM Groom and guys get dressed

2:45 Bride puts on gown and accessories

3:05 PM Bride and Groom exchange letters/cards

3:15 PM Bridal portraits

3:30 PM Bride and groom 1st look and portraits

4:00 PM Bridal party portraits

4:20 PM Family portraits

4:30 PM Ice water and glasses set out for guests; Begin pre-ceremony IPod playlist

4:40 PM Wedding party return to suites to freshen up

4:45 PM Guests arrive

4:50 PM Verify that rings, handfasting supplies, etc. are in place

5:00 PM End pre-ceremony playlist; Ceremony begins

5:35 PM Ceremony concludes

5:40 PM Begin cocktail playlist; Drinks and hors d’oeuvres served; Finish portraits, if necessary

6:30 PM End cocktail playlist; Begin dinner playlist ; Move to dining room

6:40 PM Welcome speech

6:45 PM 1st course served

6:50 PM Blessing of the meal

7:15 PM Best Man and Matron of Honor speeches

7:25 PM 2nd course served

7:45 PM Family and friend speeches

7:55 PM 3rd course served

8:25 PM 4th course served

9:00 PM Dinner service ends; End dinner playlist; Drinks and cigars begin; Begin After Dinner playlist

9:45 PM Reception concludes

End After Dinner playlist
