Give them the whole schedule! Too much information never hurt anyone! : (4 votes)

Just copy & paste the sections that are relevant to each person to avoid confusing them. : (20 votes)

Don't email them a schedule ahead of time, just verbally tell everyone when/where to show up. : (1 votes)

@scottyco:  Do you have some sort of “day of” planner or anything? The reason I ask, is because he/she should be the person taking care of all of that… If not, I would certainly give them a copy with only the information relevent to them. I would give a full copy to the DJ and maybe Photographer so they know what/where/what time to expect everything… I wouldn’t want to overwhelm the wedding party, and even worse, I wouldn’t want one of them to become a schedule hound and start badgering people if they’re 30 seconds off schedule. LOL! Good luck!

I’ve done a really detailed timeline too, i felt a bit crazy doing it but it’s actually really helped me realise a lot of the little details i hadn’t thought about and i know will make the day run more smoothly. This includes timelines for hair and make-up, who goes when, the hair and make-up people only need that part. The photographer only needs a copy of the parts of when they’re present, the DJ just needs a copy of the reception part – basically the only person who has my entire schedule is my mum and bridesmaids so as not to overwhelm them.

Our pastor told us when he was opening the Church, I told the important people when I was getting there, and everyone figured it out themselves!

@scottyco:  i think this is a brilliant idea! i plan on doing the same thing for my wedding. i would love to have something like this given to me if i was in a bridal party. plus, it helps you keep track as well. i would never remember who i told what to.
