Hey bees! I will be sending out a schedule to everyone in the wedding party so they know what time everything is going on, but would like to see some examples first.
What do your wedding time lines look like? (feel free to include the day before as well). Thanks!!

I’d like to see some examples too if anyone has any to share. I’d love to know how things usually go for people and what to expect.

I have a whole outline in a word document that my hairdresser (who is also a wedding planner) gave me and that I used. It worked REALLY well and I think it was a huge part of why everything went smoothly. If you PM me your email I’ll be happy to send it to both of you 🙂

I printed these out on cardstock and cut them down to 4×6. We handed them out at the rehearsal dinner.

Thanks so much! Our parents had recommended gettinga DOC, but Fiance and I had planned everything else ourselves and just couldn’t justify the expense of someone for one day, so any help is most appreciated.

is there any way I could get the email too? [email protected]

@scottsouth: If you have great vendors who know exactly what you want, and make sure your bridal party has a clue and is willing to help with random tasks, you really don’t need a DOC.

I made packets similar to Mrs Daffodil for the photog, reception coordinator, caterer and DJ. My vendors loved me for it.
