Although I’ve seen it mentioned in a couple posts I thought it would be helpful to have a thread that pointed out the time change this month! Clocks must be moved one hour forward at 2am Sunday March 14th.
Since we’re getting married on the 13th, this matters a lot for us. I originally found out because I was looking up what time the sunset would be and noticed that the sunset was an hour later the following week.
I made a special note on our website about it, but I’m terrified someone is going to miss their flight the next day. Thankfully since most cell phones and computers reset themselves it’s less of a problem these days, but I still worry!
I hope this helps someone!

Thanks! I definitely didn’t even think about this… We are getting married on the 20th, so hopefully we won’t have anyone that is that far behind that would miss their flight 🙂
Good luck with getting everyone there on time!

So THAT’S why the sun is setting so early (and messing up all our picture timing)… Thanks for the observation, I’ll definitely remind my guests!

I hadn’t realized that!! I’m another March 13th bride, so I appreciate this. 🙂

We totally didn’t realize this, in AZ time doesn’t change, but it will for some of our guests. Thanks for the reminder!

Thank God Arizona doesn’t do dalylight saving time. But I will be glad the it will only be two hours between us and EST instead of three for a while starting in Nov.

The time change really messed me up for the few years that we were in Colorado after living in AZ my whole life (he grew up in OH, so it was like being at home for him). I love the “fall back” though, especially traveling east I don’t feel quite as jet lagged.
