@CarolinaCola: I have a similar body type as you (from what you said) so I’m guessing this dress would be a no-go for me as well.  Boosauce!

That happened to me as well with my first gown. I returned it, my money was refunded and I started anew. I ended up buying mine from an actual David’s store because there was such a quality difference between online and in-store.

I bought a dress online through DB. When I tried it on, I realized it wasnt MY dress. I was super bummed. I had tried on over 8 dresses at this point. The next week I had an appointment at DB store. I then found TWO dresses that I adore for under budget even! 🙂 You will find THE dress. Maybe even when you least expect it. I sure did.

@CarolinaCola:  I meant quality of the gown, not the customer service. Some of the online exclusives are made with cheaper materials which is why the price is so low. They just introduced a new line fo more expensive online only gowns and from what I’ve seen the materials and construction of those is equivalent to what you’d find in a retail store. I’ve only had good experiences with DB (in store and through corporate), which was one of the reasons that I began working for them after I bought my gown.
