@BabyA:  I think you need to steam it.  A dry cleaner can do that for you.

I just put a towel over it and ironed it. It came out perfect.

I had to use a steamer as well to get out the additional wrinkles in my veil (140″) as a hot shower didn’t do the trick. I used two hangers (and then one once it was placed) to hold the end so that it wasn’t bunched up on the floor and thus undoing what I was trying to do.

Here is a photo and you can see how the veil was held for most of the day. It ended up being darn near wrinkle free.
