Oh I know how you feel for sure with the last comment.  With my health, I’m not really up to going out and doing much so I feel like my life is wasting away doing nothing.

Don’t feel too bad about the diet thing, everyone is surrounded by junk this time of year!  You will get back on track after the holidays are over.

I know that moving sucks but you can do it!  You still have a bit of time to pack so just take it slowly and do a little at a time.  Pack some boxes, watch TV, pack some boxes, go to dinner, etc.

I know how you feel, my life has been on hold for two years for my husband’s career. We’ve finally settled into our new city and I’ve been getting the ball rolling slowly.

On the bright side, cleaning a 2000 sq ft house takes time. We moved into a 900 sq ft condo and I can do a deep clean of the place in about four hours.

Whenever I’m down, I make a cup of hot tea/latte and watch something really stupid on television/my computer from childhood. Yesterday I curled up on the couch and watched an episode of the care bears (loved the show when I was a kid).  That or cleaning brings me out of debbie downer mode. I’ve found I’m much happier when the house has been freshly cleaned and organized.

@bestbuddies: Yeah I have a chronic pain condition that has been bothering me on and off for the past 4 years.  It’s been pretty bad lately, hopefully the doctor can think of something else to try when I go back next month.

Eep that doesn’t sound good with the moving!  I have heard of people just placing an ad on craigslist for help moving things but I would be worried about the quality of people that would respond to that type of ad!  We only had a couple guys who moved things from my apartment to our house back in 07 so hopefully you wouldn’t need to find a lot of them.

@bestbuddies: Aww thank you very much!

I think I would be wary of craigslist as well!
