Noooo all the wisdom I asked for will be left behind in Part 3! 😉

@CoffeeBeanKate: (hope this works; couldn’t hit the normal reply thing due to thread change!) – thanks for your comment! No such thing as too gross when it comes to TTC, I reckon! I will just assume we need to hit the BD’ing hard over the next couple of days (not too much, of course) and see how it goes… I am running out of excuses as to why I am so “in the mood” – FI is getting too suspicious 🙁 I was so up for taking it easy (TTC) but now I’m inescapably hell-bent on success! ARGH!

@CocoLoco523:  When I first started TTC, I thought the TWW was no big deal…exciting if anything. Then by cycle 2 it became the very worst thing ever. Time moves soooo. sloooowwwwwly. And I have never analyzed my poor body so hard. Fingers and toes crossed for you and your Christmas (if you can hold out haha) BFP!

@CocoLoco523:  You be neutral and we’ll be overly optimistic. Sound fair? I’m rooting for your Christmas baby!

Sorry to hear you’re in the same spot as me.. I know there’s ‘technically’ still hope since 10dpo is still a bit early, but I’m trying to manage my expectations and not get my hopes up.  Got my fingers crossed extra tight for you though!!

I’m constantly get the ‘don’t wait too long’ too now that we’ve been married a year already, especially since I’m in my mid-30s.  It’s driving me crazy!  People are constantly telling me I’ll probably have problems conceiving since I’m older and that I shouldn’t waste any more time.  As if I don’t already feel that way, but thanks a lot for the added pressure!  lol

I know they’re just trying to be helpful but it’s exactly why I haven’t told anyone that we’ve been trying for so long already.  At least then I only get the “don’t wait” comments and not the “why aren’t you pregnant yet” comments every month!

thanks so much for keeping this board going- it’s definitely helped my sanity to follow along with so many people in the same boat!

@fmls:  Hey – I feel your pain! I’m in my mid-30s as well and I get the “don’t wait too long” a lot as well. If they only knew how much it hurts to hear maybe they would keep it to themselves. One lady told me this…not to wait too long…and then went to my MOTHER to tell her I shouldn’t wait too long.

I have a great mom though. She simply responded by telling this woman that my sister has had a lot of trouble with reproducation (she’s had four miscarriages) and so my mom just wants us to be happy and healthy. It’ll happen when it happens.

She’s awesome.

Good luck to you all!

@whybee:  that same thing happened to me yesterday!!! Clump I’ve never seen before! But I’m further along currently in the TWW. I was wondering if it meant anything!
