(Closed) Decibel Limits for Music at the Venue? What’s good/bad?

@SoCalBelle:  what are the level limits at the venues you are looking at?

I believe that ours was 70, which was fine.  It was a little bit quieter than I would have liked once people started really dancing, but it really was fine.  If the area is fairly small, I think 80 would be totally okay.  50 would be too quiet if you want dancing.

mines 75 and its in a residentail zone but we have to have the restaurant doors shut and have the music finished by 10pm and left by 11pm or we will incur fines. I’m in Australia so it might be different.
