I posted two dresses a few weeks ago and got aweomse amounts of help from everyone! I was abe to move past one dress (which was good becuase that dress was so expensive!). Now I have narrowed it down again. I am really into strapless dresses. It always seems feminine and delicate to have a strapless dress. So with my final two dresses I have to make a choice. Do I go with what I always envisioned or do I go with the dress that took me by surprise? I love both so any opinions would be great.

awindwobird: THE FIRST ONE! It is so delicate and beautiful and it really looks fabulous on your figure. Seriously, the first one.

awindwobird: hands down the first. I love my dress, but had I tried on something like that it might have been a difficult decision.

Definately the first dress – it compliments your figure, gives you a wonderful hourglass shape, and it is sexy while still being elegant (not an easy task with wedding dresses I think!). The second dress has some pretty details on the bodice but isn’t a wow dress, and I also don’t think it’s flattering on you.

I don’t like the first one. it emphasizes your chest and shortens your torso.

rosecut: how do you feel about dress 2? my bff said the short torso was also a big turn off for her! she preferred a more classic shape like dress 2, but so far my friends aren’t loving it. in fact, i am worried no one is and i have to pic a dress soon. 🙂

awindwobird: i don’t think either is the right one. the second does shorten your torso, but theres just too much boob in the first…it makes it look like your breasts are your torso. (i have big boobs too, and i often feel this way in clothes)
the slimmer-fit dresses showed off your body really well and in a much more flattering way.

The second has absolutely nothing on the first in my opinion. First dress is unique, light, feminine.. who makes it? Hoping I stumble across it!

awindwobird: I think the bottom of #2 is very pretty, almost prettier than #1. But the top of #2 doesn’t seem to flatter as much, the top edge seems uneven. I can’t tell that much from the picture alone but it looks kind of crumpled? Whereas the top of #1 has clean lines.

dobedoop: i can see what you mean with the wrinkles – dress two was a teeny tiny sample size. It looked great in person and there is a neat lace detail on the top that unfortunately got lost when I wiggled into the dress. Dress one was almost my size…so I am trying to keep that in perspective. The photo I post that looks most flattering is what everyone will vote for. I had a mini meltdown today worring about… a dress.. so strange what being a bride has done to my brain!
