- Wedding: March 2011
Here’s a pic of me from November 2010. My haircut was done by my Fiance because it was the end of the semester and we were broke. 😉 It’s also a crappy cell phone pic, but gives a general idea.
As you can see it could use some help, the shape and all, it’s very bottom heavy and the ends are color damaged, but hey, my Fiance did it for free and she has ZERO training and I was thankful because it looked a LOT worse before this. It’s a basic bob. I usually wear a more sleek A-line when I can afford my preferred stylist.
So currently I am sporting the grown-out version of that.
Here is something similar to what I have had before only mine was right at or right below the chin :
But I found this and it looked interesting to me:
According to the website where I found it, it’s an A-line bob but with layers cut in and the ends curled…??
I’m not sure how hard this would be to style on my own and if it’s a good idea to try something different this close to the wedding (actually closer, I wasn’t planning on going for a cut until the first week of March). I don’t want something drastically different than my “norm” but I think this is cute. The bangs are WAY heavier than my usual, and I’ve never had bangs like that but I kind of like them.
Thoughts? My hair will most likely be much lighter at the time of the wedding (more of a platinum) so that might give you an idea of what it will look like as well.. and I will be wearing contacts.
I also like this on Katie Holmes. I know the differences seem slight but they are a little different cuts! 🙂
I also like this but it is kind of in the range of “newscaster hair” which I do not want. I don’t like any stacking of poufiness.
I usually end up with the back lookign like this (which I like):
