I’ll have to look at it more closely later, but by just a quick skim I have decided I like the Elkins Estate and Winterthur Estate the most.  If I come up with good reasons for it or a different opinion when I look at them in more depth I will let you know  🙂

Just looked at all of them, and OMG Belle Voir Estate is gorgeous!  It’s named accordingly I guess!  “Belle Voir” in french is literally “Pretty See”, or more accurately “Pretty Sight”

winterthur is great, but if you are going to do it there, i would do it at either the reflecting pool (not sure if you can get a sit-down dinner in that space, since it might be too small) or the galleries.  the welcome center is known as “the truck stop” (not that it’s not gorgeous in itself, but it just isn’t near anything that makes wintethur so pretty).  chances are, winterthur will also be the most expensive of the listed venues (but DE has no sales tax, so maybe it will be a wash.).  having gone to several events at winterthur, i can say that the catering (exclusive) is very very good.

glen foerd isn’t bad either, but it’s just not as nice as winterthur.

looking at your list, the elkins estate looks great and has a list of caterers you can work with, so that might be cheaper than using a required caterer, but it looks like they also have a required/exclusive list for all of your other vendors which might be more expensive/annoying.
