Personally, I like rose gold but it’s a little “trendy” to me. But everyone is different, lots of people choose rose gold rings and love them. I like the yellow gold. I also LOVE marquise cuts, and I’m a little partial to the marquise ring especially because my own egagement ring is an art deco marquise haha. Based on the styles you like, have you thought about finding a vintage ring? They are generally much cheaper than brand new rings and have so much character.

Because you love the marquis, i’d Say go for it. You can always buy moissanite stones and have a jeweller recreate the style.

Whooaaa, that marquise design is beautiful!!! And I don’t normally like any stone shape other than round brilliants. Lol Maybe those marquise with a rose gold setting?

I love the second option! You could always look for a good lab diamond if you want to make sure you are avoiding any chance of bad mining practices. I think having an artist re-create it is a great option too.

That emerald is stunning! If you are on the fence with rose gold, go 18k – it’s not too pink, looks yellow in some light and rosey in others.
