If you like rounded edges a radiant isn’t going to work for you. As you said, maybe this is not THE oval. I would look at a few and see what you think. Rounds are the most expensive cut by far, more of the rough is lost in the cutting. An advantage of the oval is that it tends to look larger than it really is, if that makes sense. The advantage of a radiant is that carat for carat they are less expensive than other cuts. A disadvantage (to some) is that diamond color is concentrated.

I have a 2.4ct cushion but I would go with the oval. It looks better on your hand to me.
The sample band reminds me of my ring because of the milgrain and beading.

I prefer the radient on you (even though I like ovals better generally).
That said…. which did you hope to see in my response? That’s the one you like the most.
