It is not absolutely necessary to have aisle decor, so you can relax on that count. Your venue is so grand that it is appropriate to keep the focus on the front. If you want aisle decor, you can use anything you like. Do you have a theme?

As the pp has suggested, potted plants are easy. Just make sure you place them in something attractive.

This wedding used pitchers of flowers but the scale is iffy.

Because of the huge scale of the amphitheater, you could also just place one larger item on each side at the top and bottom of the aisle.

Huge pomanders would be relatively inexpensive and can be made with paper or coffee filters rather than fresh or silk flowers.

You might need to tie them to a rock to give some weight so they dont blow away- like the weights on balloon bouquets.
