I had a lower back dress and my chest is 36Dirty Delete, I had cups sewn in to my dress. They held up great. My only concern for you is your size is even bigger. My bridal salon’s seamstress only had cups that went up to a D, but they worked great for me. I would talk to your seamstress and find out what they can do. Given that the dress is backless and has a deep-v, I would think that would be your best bet.

Btw, it only cost $15 to add them, if that helps at all.

To agree with MrsClumsy usually all you can do is have cups sewn in and make sure the dress, especially the straps, are tailored very well to give the support you need. I have also seen backless bodyshapers, it would just be finding one that works with your dress.

I don’t know if you’re also looking for a shaping element under your dress, but I wore this with my low back dress:

I was happy with it.  It was a little tough to get on, but reasonably comfortable for shapewear. I also found it to be very supportive.  My dress had a deep sweetheart and the front didn’t show at all.  It also stayed put all the way around so it was invisible even with the low back.

P.S., Your dress is gorgeous! 🙂

I have nothing useful to say, but I really love your dress!

I’m not sure about your dress, but my dress is so tightly fitted and made well I don’t need a bra. I am a 32D with my fakies. They have sagged a bit since surgery about a year and a half ago. My boobies weren’t going anywhere when I tried my dress on. Hmm… another difference could be the corset back, which my mom cinched right up. She made it so tight! But it is a low back with a plunge, and no bra was going to work. Since your tatas are so beautifully large, they do make those silicone stickies that pull, position, and don’t move. Since they stick to your skin, put some baby powder where you want them to stick and then they won’t unstick when you sweat.

Beautiful dress! I’m a 34Dirty Delete and I’ll be wearing the Allure 8764. Here’s a pic of the back:

So far, this one has been the closest to good that I’ve found. You’re larger than I am but for reference, the 34D cups were too big for me so perhaps the D cup would work for you! The 34C works best for me.

I should mention that if I wear this bra, I think that the back of the underlayer will have to be brought up by an inch or two (not above the bottom of the keyhole, though) so that the bra doesn’t show. I think that the extra support will be worth it, though!

I also have this one coming this week just to try it so I know my options:

Hope this helps!

together420:  Support was also a huge concern for me, I could never get by going bra-less (strapless bras rarely work for me either) and I had ordered other undergarments similar to what others posted, but in order to get the support I needed, they had to be really tight. I have lost a lot of weight and the tightness of them made me have bulges in my back area that I never have. No go. I don’t know what your body type is like, but a good seamstres can tailor your dress and build in a bra that will give you the support you need. Good luck with everything!

This will probably be of no help to you since I was only a C at my wedding in March (A/B now depending on the bra) but I just used a stick-on bra. For me it was really just to stop any major leakage of milk through my dress though

I wear a 32G and had cups sewn in to the dress.  The seamstress only had up to D cups, but they worked just fine.  Helped keep things lifted and no wardrobe malfunctions!
