@EngagedRNDE:  I just had my wedding there this past weekend. It was stressful because you will have alot of setting up to do yourself. However I have never met a bride that wasn’t stressed out, even when they were paying people to do everything. This place is amazing to work with because you are able to go and check it out any mon-thursday and usually it is already unlocked.  The tables and chairs are included. However I reccomend chair covers because they are pretty ugly dark brown metal folding chairs. They have 8 ft banquet tables and I did long rows of 3 tables in each row. For linens I went to Jomar in philly where I was able to find loads of rolls of awesome Pink and Cream/tan burlap fabric at $1 a yard. (go during the week and llike half of the store is this price). All I did was have the rolls cut to the length my rows were and then rolled it out on the tables! I think about 27ft each. THe most challenging aspect of this place for me was figuring out the bar. There are no refrigerators so you have to utilize lots of coolers! We did well though and had lots of extra ice and drinks at the end. I say this place is totally worth it, you may be able to bring your own caterer elsewhere as well, but how many places allow you to have a bar that you stock yourself and have anyone tend it or just make it self serve! All the guests loved walking around the park, sitting on the balcony and playing cornhole/ horseshoes outside. Any bride looking for some advice and help on this place you can message me!

smetivier26:  Hello! My Fiance and I booked the Tea Barn at Fair Hill and I was wondering what you did for hotels? Did you get a shuttle for guests? Thank you so much in advance!

smetivier26 :  hey! I’m looking into the tea barn for our reception. Who did you use as your caterer? What did you do for your bar set up? Did you pay your caterer to also supply bar items and serve drinks?
