Does anyone know how to remove wedding websites? When I first got engaged, I signed up for a few trying to decide what I liekd best – now that I am about to send oput my STD’s with the correct one, I see my sites that don’t even exist really are getting visitors and guestbook signatures.
I’ve tried to deactivate my accoutns manually both places but in the search feature it still appears. I need to delete from The Knot and Wedding Channel. Help?

I would contact the companies directly. I did this for a website and they deleted my accout and eventually it did not show up in Google. Now, how long that time was before it was completely gone I don’t remember 🙁

I think I will contact them both and also put a note telling folks where the real site is – Thanks guys!

Aside from contacting them, you can always change the names and dates on your website so that they aren’t pulled up when your names are searched for.
