@Pollywog:  But the thing is, she really hasn’t moved on with her life. She was on here lying about what she did and tried to garner support of the women on this site, at the expense of many who confided in her about their own struggles with TTC and miscarriages, among other things. While she seemed incredibly sweet on the surface, I now see her as an incredibly manipulative and narcissistic individual who is clearly in disbelief about the gravity of what she did to her poor little girl.

@Pollywog:  She did not “lose” a child. She murdered her. And in a way that is one of the most horrible, painful ways to die. It was pure torture. This is not a “sweet” woman.

Please read the original details of the case and then come back tell us that you feel she has been appropriately punished. She’s a baby killer, plain and simple.

I can’t/won’t say more here because I don’t want to Threadjack (just enough to respond to yourpost)

And I’m already a broken record on the subject. I can’t get over how anyone here can defend her actions. And I do mean ANYONE (are you listening admin?)

Oh for the love of god.

No one is defending anyone’s actions.

A few people are trying/did try to shed some light and/or give a possible explanation of things. That does not automatically mean they are defending anyone’s actions.

The Hive has been SO nasty this weekend, and now it looks like nothing is going to be answered anytime soon because it’s way too easy to lose in this repulsive shitshow.

Stop turning on each other. We lost way too many good members today.

I’m so shocked at all of this, I’m almost speechless!  I definitely feel duped.  I agree that the old threads/posts shouldn’t have been deleted if she put her information out there.  That’s her own fault.  She shouldn’t be given special treatment because she committed a crime.  This all just disgusts me.

Hi all – as I mentioned earlier, we will be discussing and revisiting our deletion policies. We hope that the new system we put in place for moderation as we bring a new team member on board on the community side will allow us for more—to put it bluntly—time and manpower (or beepower) to dedicate to moderation issues.

This post is steering off course of its original intent, and additionally the original question has been answered, even if not to the satisfaction of the OP and others. I am going to close this thread, and please know that the community here is very important to me and all of us that work on the site, and we are listening to your concerns, and take all of your suggestions to heart in revisiting our policies as we bring on a new admin on the community side.
