@tcanne:  I really see that as the biggest issue, as having private information put out there is more damaging than say being banned or even having private information that was self-posted deleted (or not).  I can’t believe that it wasn’t an issue that Penguin felt was important enough to address, and that she choose to answer other questions instead.

She went to Bee meetup—took the pictures herself and posted them with her real name and her username. She outed herself first.

As I said in another thread. She is literally Canada’s Casey Anthony—very recognizable by name and face. If she didn’t want to be found out, she shouldn’t have put her personal information out there—it shows just how careless and irresponsible she STILL is.

I’m really horrified to see some of you justifying what went on here.  If she truly had outed herself, why did it take another bee posting her full name and bee name in order for this to come to a head?  Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, does it. Are you really going to go with the “she was asking for it” justification?

Someone’s stupidity/foolish decision does not justify someone elses’ cruelty.    She handed some of you the opportunity – you didn’t HAVE to take it.

Looks like she forgot to not put person stuff & pictures up, just like she forgot she had a 3 year old in a hot apartment with no food or water.

@mepayne:  I kind of explained it in another thread. I understand WHAT she is but it is kind of a mystery why she would risk coming here and hiding in plain site.

I compared her to an ostrich with its head in the sand. Maybe she thought we all wouldn’t notice and that we might overlook what she did. Who really knows? You bring up a really good point..

@mandypop:  Most of us are from the United States, and would not know this case. If I had seen her real name, I would not have googled her, but I could have. That is the point. I COULD have. But I don’t care enough to google everyone.

But we COULD Have. We could all have known. It’s really annoying that for so long, this was known by many, and people were allowed to meetup with her, discuss losing children, discuss TTC, and not have any knowledge what kind of monster they were dealing with.

Her lies are so very disgusting. SHe duped so many women seeking comfort.

I’m surprised that anyone would protect her past… I don’t know.

@mandypop:  I see what you’re saying. I do.

Do you feel that it was okay for her to dupe the ladies who have lost their children? Because she was…

@mandypop:  But they did take it and you playing the Morality Police isn’t going to unring the bell so calm down. This is bound to happen and we all knew it. I am not saying it is right or wrong only that it was inevitable and yes she did bring this upon herself. Do I wish harm upon her? Absolutely not. But no one can make someone harm themself. A stable person doesn’t commit suicide because of a message board. I hope this all will be the catalyst to her getting the help she CLEARLY needs.

Hi Everyone. So I don’t really know much about the feud or anyone speciafically being mentioned here but I really don’t like the deleting / privacy policy on this site. Unfortunately it only came to my attention AFTER I had already posted quite a bit.

I think members should have the right to delete posts, especially if it relates to something very personal about them.

But if there IS favoritsm going on here regarding being able to do certain things over others, this is oe site I would not recommend to others.

I think the issue of the user in question and her presence on the bee, and through that the right-or-wrongness of her being outted isn’t what people should be worried about now. From what I’ve seen on other threads, the user has already asked for her account to be deleted, so that’s done with. The real issue at hand is that the mods didn’t act according to TOS and aren’t responding as to why. That’s what I’m concerned about!

@tcanne:  Of COURSE not.  I think someone should have notifed the mods via PM, and the mod should have banned her immediately. End of story.  I don’t think turning it in to a very public shitshow is fair “revenge”.

@mandypop:  Mods/admins did know and decided to delete some of her old posts instead, which is one of the many reasons people are pissed.

@yogaqueen:  Someone posted in a previous thread that the user had messaged a mod requesting deletion, but that’s all I’ve heard of it.
