I love Dove deoderant. Since you don’t sweat much, you’ll be fine with the normal kind, but if you need some extra power, you can upgrade to the clinical strength.

Also, make sur eyou exfoliate your armpits when you wash. That will remove dead skin and excess oils from you pores and give bacteria less to enjoy.

I love any of the “clinical strength” deoderants. With deoderants that aren’t “clinical,” I always feel like my sweat reacts with the scent of the deoderant…so I don’t smell like BO, but I can smell my armpits (even if it’s a girly, fruity smell, it smells like cheap perfume to me!). With the “clinical” deoderants, there usually isn’t a smell at all- or if there is, it’s really light and doesn’t change from when I first put it on to the end of the day. My favorite is actually Suave (the walmart brand!) but I’ve also used Secret Clinical strength successfully. They are about the same price when I buy the Secret in a three pack at Costco, but the Secret seems to last longer to me.

I recently switched to Dove Clinical Protection. It is pricier, but it works much better for me, as I am heavier sweater in some situations.

I use secret clinical strength sport. I seriously sweat like a dude when I work out and I need heavy duty stuff! It works great fo me. I wear it just on regular days when I’m not working out as well and it really keeps me dry….love it!

Another one for Dove Clinical Protection. I’ve run the gamut of deodorants and this one just works so well. At the end of the day, I still feel protected and I never have to reapply.

I use Rexona Clinical Protection 🙂 I agree, clinical is best for not having to reapply and feeling fresh, and Dove is also a good brand

Coconut oil with baking soda. I just posted about this on another board a couple of days ago. I switched to that from Secret’s Clinical Strength stuff and I am much happier. I, like you, don’t sweat much but I felt that some sort of reaction would happen that caused my deodorant to smell… Off. Not bad exactly. It just bothered me constantly. Now with the coconut oil/baking soda, even after a long workout I don’t smell like anything. I swear it’s magic haha.

@BruinBeeMPH:  Ooh wow, I will have to try this. I tend to go through natural deodorants rather quickly… I prefer to avoid the deodorants with aluminum in them, but the natural ones tend to stop working rather fast. The latest one I’ve tried is actually a mixture of shea butter, baking soda, and essential oils, and it works amazingly well– but it was expensive! Coconut oil and baking soda are things I always have on hand, so definitely will be giving this a try.
