Hi Toronto brides! I hope planning is going well.
Im looking for someone to help create a VERY simple design for my wedding invitations. I found a design online and just need it recreated. It’s basically our initals in large on either side of the invite and between them the details of the actual day.
Im looking for an affordable place to basically recreate the design and who can print it all ie. The invite/rsvp card, main envelope and rsvp envelope.
I got a quote from one place and it was $1,350! Is that average or above?…. it seems kind of steep to me…
If anyone has recos for where I should go or contact — I would appreciate it so much!!!!!

Vistaprint is pretty much always the least expensive option. If they don’t have a premade design that you like, make/download it yourself and then use the upload your own design option.

I co-sign on the Vista Print. That’s what I’m using.

Maybe try reaching out to some shops on Etsy?
Good designers tend to be very expensive. I asked a designer friend what the rate would be to design a save the date and got a quote around $1,200 as well.

Oh wow, I guess that is the going rate. I had no idea since it was the first place I got a quote from. Makes sense to pay for quality 🙂 But I think Ill try and find an alternative just to cut costs.
Thanks for your feedback!

- Wedding: May 2016 - Magnolia House
I got my design from Etsy and I used uprinting because I had a coupon and it was cheaper than vistaprint, But I used vistaprint for the STD and they were great. I paid $25 for the design and I Paid $75 to print 100 (invitations & rsvps) Then I ordered colored envelopes and they were $25 for the invites and $21 for rsvp I would look around if I were you….
