I am really needing some help with my Decor. I have been researching what I wanted for my wedding for what seems like forever and always thought I knew what I wanted but now that planning for real is here, I am the most indecisive person ever!
I feel like I am caught between two styles, one being very formal and elegant and the other being rustic/vintage/shabby-chic. I dont know if it would work to try and mesh these two looks together? I need some help!
I have decided (I think) on the centerpieces we want. It is a tall silver candleabra that we will have lit candles in. I was thinking about adding flowers to the top of them, cant decide if I should go with formal flowers or babys breath? I love the vintage look of the bunched babys breath but also the formality of something like roses (like in the picture).
Example of centerpieces:
I also cant decide if it would be better to have all of the centerpieces with flowers or if we should do half with flowers and half without.
We also bought an old, antique window that I wanted to use for writing our seating chart but I dont know if that works for this look?
We can’t seem to decide on a colour scheme either. I really like neutrals like ivory, champagne, blush, etc. Fiance loves the goth look and anything dark. Two very different styles!
This a picture of our Reception Venue. The ceiling swag is one that Fiance loves (with the ivory and chocolate swag) as well as the headtable backdrop in the background with ivory in the forefront and taupe in the background.
(Sorry for the huge picture!)
Any advice to this long rant/ramble would be greatly appreciated!!!! Having one heck of time trying to figure this out!
