SO I ordered cute little gold envelopes for my reply cards, and painstakingly hand lined them in plain black, got myself a custom-made address stamp, and a black ink pad only to find out the inki didn’t adhere properly to the gold paper. I put off finishing my invitations as a trip to the states was coming up (I live abroad and craft supplies don’t seem to exist here) and I bought (per WB advice) a Dye ink pad. Just got back, and NO GO. Same exact thing.
Now I’m way behind, and have very little time to get these puppies out. So, the only sulution I have is stamping directly onto a label, but it has to be black. The invite colors are ivory, hot pink, black and gold, and with the gold envelope, black liner, and brightly colored stamps, any color but black will clash. I will use gold ink (as I did on the out evelopes which worked fine). But I cannot for the life of me find black matte BLANK sticky labels. PLEASE, fi anyone has any ideas, let me know. Must be a place online as I am back in Europe. Have tried Paper SOurce and Paper Presentation. Running out of ideas…
Please help…? SOmeone!
