So I just got my quote for table linens for my reception and almost had a heart attack… I’m looking at almost $1800 which I really really don’t want to do!
So i’ve been doing online research and from what I can tell it’s actually going to be cheaper to buy the linens then renting them (go figure?)- I’ve found plenty of sites that sell the 120 inch rouns that I need for the guest tables but I can’t find any rectangle/banquet linens for the head table that come in eggplant/puple/aubergine…basically anything purple! (the head table is just a bunch of standard 6 foot long, 30 inch drop tables pushed together…so nothing out of the ordinary). I really really need your help bees!
Any advice for sites that sell cheap linens or even rental places that have round and banquet size tables would be great.

Could you do the head table in white and then find table runners in your purple colour to accent?

Linentablecloth.com has some rectangular ones that come in purple– they’re only 60 inches long (not 90 to the floor), but you could use two per length so that the front and the back of the table are covered to the floor.
I ordered our rounds and rectangular cloths from them, and they worked out fine, no problems. Much more economical for me than renting, and they have specials/free shipping deals offered as well.
