I really need help! I am meeting with the lady who’s doing my flowers next Sunday and I just don’t have a clue about what I want in terms of centerpieces (though I’m now leaning towards them being tall with mostly white flowers).

I scoured through a few bridal magazines and ripped out pages of flowers I liked… I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted – and doing that exercise, really helped. It didn’t matter, though – because I ended up giving my florist free reign to do whatever he wanted. I just told him how much I wanted to spend and he went from there.

@oracle: I haven’t really seen much that I like. Everything over here seems to be either low arrangements or wildflowers. Next to no one does white centrepieces for some reason.

This centerpiece was my inspiration! But I went with crystal trees.
Hope ya find something!!

@SpecialSundae: Are you looking for arrangement ideas or flower ideas?
Maybe something along the lines of this.

If you like tall and white, but not wildflower looks, I am immediately thinking of calla lilies and orchids.

I had a few pictures of what I wanted – but like you I wanted mostly white but didn’t know the flowers. The florist was fantastic we sat with her and she showed us books of flowers in each season and we ended up picking from that.
I think be honest with your florist and get them to recommend and suggest flowers in your budget.
Our centerpieces are going to be white hydrangers, white roses and white lizzies 🙂
I wanted peonies so badly but they are out of season for me 🙁

@Coffee cup: Arrangement ideas mostly. I love that first one. I’ve found some lovely centerpieces on a florists website but I can’t really post them from work (unfortunately).
I’m not a huge fan of orchids and, while I love lilies, I’ve been told they’re a no-no as they’re considered a funeral flower.

Here are the centerpieces I found on a florists website.
What do you think?
