    MMM would definately try the white chocolate raspberry cupcakes!! I voted for 5 but I would seriously eat all of them cause I LOVE desserts!

    I had a chocolate orange wedding cake so I am definitely all about the Choc orange mini cupcakes with chocolate ganache!!!!!

    @pohget: Lemon meringe pie is my absolute favorite desert, so I make these all the time. They are really easy to make. If you try a test run, use a round cookie cutter or a drinking glass to cut the dough into circles before you place them in the pan. When you do the meringe, overlap a little bit because it will shrink up a bit. Also, when you mix the meringe, make sure it peaks really good; it should be stiff.
